To celebrate a client's love of the arctic, commissioned were two copper polar bear sculptures. Each bear was meticulously designed and generated digitally, then materialized through a 3D printing process. The core of the sculptures is made of a NASA-grade polymer, an incredibly durable and resilient plastic. The sculptures are finished through an electroplating process, in which the copper is permanently adhered to the plastic core. The cooper bears were then polished to a fine finished shine.

The sculptures rest atop chamfers at the driveway entrance, exposed to the elements and with each day, succumbing to the beautifully natural patina process.
